Atlas VPN - Secure VPN Proxy 4+

(1) I am going really miss ATLAS; indeed, the service & protection has given me a secure outlook on my systems.
(2) Having AtlasVPN service has given me verification of their attentiveness to my security by means of Safe Browsing, Data Breach Monitoring and Protecting Devices. More importantly, the heart of their insightfulness stems from their internet encrypted connection which is enhanced by means of an IP (Internet Protocol) scrambling. (2) Incidentally, the support person (Monica) is very knowledgeable & polite in presenting her expertise in a formulated process which resolves issues efficiently. (3) PROTECTION PRICE - There's no other company offering this much security at a lower price. Indeed, I will pay more once my three year contract is up. Nonetheless, I will be staying with a winner.

Getting started with your service was not easy. I had to reach out three times because of non-functioning or absent links and confirmation emails that might or might not have gotten me signed in, as these sent me to different places than the download features. All in all it was a confusing experience. The chat "help" feature is a poor substitute for speaking or screen sharing when customers need help. I was asked for screen shots which created even more open tabs and confusion. However, since getting things up and running, all has been smooth. Honestly, I am feeling skeptical, but I will hang in there to see how things unfold from here. And to be fair, the discount I was offered is a very good deal, which I do appreciate...several months later: apparent conflicts with Bitdefender, increasingly slow loading time for Atlas VPN (spinning beach ball) and spontaneous disconnections telling me that the internet connections failed, when it clearly did not. I will replacing Atlas VPN as soon as I have time to shop for a new service.

I didn't really see a lot of change after subscribing to Atlas, that is until I accidentally shut it off. It was then that I started getting a lot more spam type messages. I'm obviously not a computer dude, but I understand an obvious change. Also, I've been hacked at least twice, so even though I don't see what the program is doing, its very nice to know that I have additional protection for my computer, especially from foreign hackers!
