Keep log me out
If I didn’t use the app for a few days, it will log me out. Then I have to login every time I wanna use it. It’s a little bit annoying. Hopefully, you’ll do something about it. Thanks

No problems until recently
We’ve owned a unit for about 7-8 months now and have never experienced any Bluetooth issues. But recently, my iPhone has been unable to connect via Bluetooth. There is always an error or “something went wrong.” We contacted customer support and none of their suggestions worked (upgrading iOS, deleting app, re-downloading app, etc). Then we thought maybe it was our iPhone model (X and 11 Pro) but that was not the case. We recently upgraded to 12 Pros and it’s still the same results. The reps said they were unsure when the issue would be fixed so it’s a wait and see game now. Maybe the app needs a new patch?
Both are back and connected to Bluetooth! It appears they needed to be fully shut off and unplugged for a minute or so as a way to “reset” them (although I did try that the first time). Our living room power tripped last night and as we were preparing for bed tonight, I noticed my unit went into night mode which it hasn’t done since the connectivity issues began. I attempted to pair it and boom, it came back. I went to my other unit and it still didn’t work. Unplugged it for a minute and then tried again. Boom, back to normal.
Great Product with Amazing Support
I’ve had my Atmosphere Sky unit for 2 years now, and it’s been nothing less than amazing! I used to be plagued with allergies at all times of the year, and the Atmosphere has been immensely helpful with cleaning up the air inside my apartment. Also, the carbon filter does a great job at minimizing smells and odors. The app has been a great way for me to track the air quality inside when I’m not at home, or even when I do get home. I had some issues with Bluetooth connectivity, but a quick call to customer service got it resolved. Really enjoyed using the app to see the filter life remaining as well so I know when I will need to order new filters. Great customer support!
