Exactly what I needed!

For years now, I’ve struggled with mental health issues which affect my memory. I really needed an app that could help me track even basic human activities like using the restroom, showering and washing bedsheets. This app checks off all my boxes! Not only is it easy but there’s no ads and it’s so simple for my needs. 10/10 recommend! All it’s missing is a widget for the Home Screen!

So far an excellent app!

I have been using this application for several days and I love it! It has a simple, friendly and practical design.

You can add the number of habits you want to work on, choose how many times a day you want to do that habit (e.g. meditate twice a day) and put the number of times you have done it during the day; it has statistical tables that help you evaluate your performance and you can even choose if you want to create or break a habit!

It would be great if it had widgets and could be used on multiple devices. This would help to strengthen the routine to not lose habits. Also, it would not be bad to integrate a focus timer.

It is an application with a lot of potential and excellent for those of us who are convinced of creating good habits that help us create the best version of ourselves!
