I’m a blue belt and I have John Danaher’s escapes video via BJJ fanatics as I need to sharpen my sloppy technique. Danaher is a very cerebral guy and explains concepts very well. Yet the videos cover a lot of material that’s hard for me to digest unless I intentionally break up the segments.I like the Atos app because Galvao and his crew make the videos long enough to understand but they break up the concepts into manageable chunks. I’ve only had the app for a couple of days but I enjoy the vlogs and watching the sparring just as much which I think helps break up constantly having my brain working overtime while still allowing me to learn.My only gripe is once I bought the Danaher videos, I own them outright without having to continue paying a subscription. I do think I can download from the ATOS app but I haven’t done that yet.

Atos is truly an incredible program that has made a significant impact on my life. Balancing my university commitments with my career in law enforcement can be quite challenging, but the structure Atos provides helps me manage my time effectively. Training in jiu-jitsu not only supports my professional journey, but also brings me immense joy and fulfillment.I’m grateful to be part of the Atos community, where everyone is treated with respect and honesty. I have subscribed to other “On Demand” platforms and by far, AtosBJJ on Demand leads the way. Think of this as an investment and not as another monthly bill. Professor Andre has everything covered!! Being a beginner, I can easily search what I am struggling with in my own path in JiuJitsu and professor along with his team break technique, moves, and different angles to better prepare you to address your weaknesses. I can’t recommend this product enough. Try it and I promise questions that linger after a session at your academy can easily be answered on here. Additionally, you can’t beat the fact they offer kid techniques, curriculums, techniques with GI and no GI and much more. Not only am I learning as an adult but my kids are as well. To the Atos team, thank you for such an invaluable product!!

The app is feat! I do however, prefer to use it on my laptop as i can see more things at one time. The techniques and details are amazing. I can find almost any type of technique, taught by a number of different instructors so the different perspective on each technique is helpful. I like watching longer videos-which you guys do provide. I am not as fond of 1-2 minute videos. With all the amazing content, I do however, wish the organization was a little easier to navigate. For example, it is sometimes difficult to find the different courses like beginner, intermediate, or advanced when there is lots of activity going on in the homepage. Otherwise, the content is great and I love the app!
