Update issue
With the latest update there is a problem while I'm trying to open the application it crashes and will not be open .

As you release version 5.0 , it’s not work again as before, crash as tap to open.

Edit: The current app version is now 5.0.5. If you re-install the app to the current release can you see if that fixes it? Or are you saying it also crashes after you re-installed it with the latest version?
Also, you should verify that you are running the most recent version of iOS (13.4.1).
Edit: a possible solution seems to be to delete the app then install it again. It could be an iOS caching problem.
