I don’t usually write reviews but this app is kinda blowing my mind. i always knew about attachment styles from tiktok and the internet but never really thought about how they apply to me. the app has really highlighted how they show up in my relationships and friendships and helped me improve some of the negative habits/patterns i have. the app itself is easy to use and it’s pretty much become my primary journaling tool as well. i absolute LOVE how they summarize my thought patterns so i always know where im at each week.

Incredibly useful tools
After my divorce and death of my best friend and mother, I have been struggling to adapt to all of the changes. I have been in therapy for years and this app is an incredible tool to help me practice all of the things that my therapist has recommended. The journaling tool forces you to reframe your thoughts using AI technology. The meditation feature uses your personal info to walk you through acceptance, breathing and grounding techniques. Practice is the only way to change and this app is very thorough.
