Really great!

I’m not that great at being motivated to study, but this app has been great at motivating me to study! Setting a goal definitely is useful, and getting to see the completed study hours bar fill up is so satisfying! I only have a couple complaints, however: the app is a bit difficult to navigate in keep everything straight, and I would like it if my timer study sessions would count towards the main study sessions progress bar. Sometimes I don’t mark a study session as complete but use the timer instead.

Edit: The app got really buggy after I started using it Fall 2018. I deleted it soon afterwards. I’m using it again Fall 2020 and it’s been much better this time around - there were some bugs with overlapping text and wonky graphics but they went away after a couple days. I’ve been enjoying using it this time around and have been getting a lot out of it.

Glad you are enjoying the app, and thank you for your feedback. We made some fixes recently that should reflect completed hours to show in your bars filling up immediately. Also the study timer should now count towards your weekly goals. Please update to the latest version and let us know what you think. Thanks again for your feedback!

Great motivation!

I love this app, the one issue I kept having with my school work is I never had enough space in my planner to write down every single assignment/reading/and exam, it would just look too crowded. But having everything on my phone in addition to my wall calendar and my planner helps immensely! The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I wish there was a way for the app to differentiate between exam days and lecture days. Classes take up lecture times to complete an exam, so those days I don’t have lecture but I still have the class technically. Also, I think there is a bug with the times. A lot of times I go in to check something and the app will have changed my class time to an hour earlier. Or if an assignment is due at the beginning of class, I usually set it to class time, but it keeps changing it to an hour earlier. I wish there was a feature where you could add in something that is due during class time. Otherwise, it’s a great app, and being able to check off that I went to class really helps me stay motivated to go to class. Also, I love the study timer, it helps me decided when I should take breaks, and break up my studying into subjects rather than just doing everything at once.
Update: after having this app for a year it started crashing and eventually I couldn’t even open it in my phone anymore. It’s a great app but there are some major bugs that need to be fixed.

I love it!!

Just got this app today as I started planning for the spring semester, and I honestly love it. I always do better in school grades-/attendance-wise when I stay organized, and this is the perfect way to do so electronically. The ability to log assignments and study sessions are what makes this app different from other organization apps; it’s definitely made for school. My favorite part is that it tells you about how many hours you should study per week to achieve your semester GPA goal based on the number of credit hours you’re taking. On top of all that, they are constantly updating and improving the app to make it closer to what students need.

My only criticism is that the app’s calendar doesn’t really seem account for the fact that students will usually have other activities as well. In addition to my classes, I also have work, sorority events, and volunteer work, and I know many students are on the same boat there. That’d be a cool thing to incorporate into the next update if possible. It could be like an electronic planner!

Thank you for your feedback. We love hearing from users such as yourself and are always looking for ways to improve the app. We are looking at ways you can sync your existing calendars or ways you can add in other events in the future. Stay tuned! Thanks again for your feedback.
