The February 2019 update is unnecessary
The way Atto worked before this update was super easy and seamless to use every day while at work. This new update has made it a pain and a waste of time to clock in and out of work and lunch breaks. Even editing time is too much work to do. I need to be able to open the app, do what I need to do, and pick my phone up without worrying about if I’m clocked in or out correctly. I understand the use of the new features from the employers side, but the employee just has to clock in and out and edit time, that’s it. Other than that, the app works great.
NEED TO RESTART THE APP WHENEVER IT IS IN USE
The app is not able to keep working for a long period. Example, if the “clock in” is set, in 4 hours later when I need to have a brake, I need to restart the app, otherwise the app won’t recognize my “brake” command. I believe the app should work non stop and effectively.
I’ve been using this app for a little over a year now, for my business of 10 employees. It works great sometimes due to the area it might not work or there might be a problem with an employees phone. What ever the case is you can later manually enter your time. There is a free trial and the location is accurate. You can chat with a person if help is needed.
