Test Seems Fine
I will update this review if my opinion changes in the future.
Issues:
1. During initial sign-in, the app failed to record / transfer data into settings.
2. I’m not sure why the app description says “Data not collected “ but this app requires a ton of personal info. However, all of this information would be required anyway when initiating legal services … the whole point of this app.
3. They use Constant Contact for email services and that company has a history of turning a blind (or very slow) eye toward scammers using their services for phishing and fraud. They are blocked by several RBLs. I had to create an exception for AS last year when I enrolled in early registration.
After initial setup I had to re-input some of my info since those fields were blank when I was poking around in the app afterward. The test activation seemed to work fine but there is no way to know for certain if your video / audio will work when you are actually pulled over since the test doesn’t show your feed.
I have faith in the product
Every new app has bugs, support has been fantastic in fixing any issues I have had.
App Crashes
I have pre paid from the pre app launch. When installing app and get to profile data it crashed when clicking next. Second attempt data went through then at credit card screen it crashed again. Third attempt got card info in and next button crashed. Fourth attempt clicking continue from credit card screen the app crashed. Same with fifth and sixth. So not yet useable.
