This is a very well-designed program that allows you to capture and output sound as 48 kHz WAV files, in addition to the standard M4A format. This is something a lot of other audio capture apps don't support, making it excellent for audio professionals.There was a bug in the trimming function when I first bought the app. I initially rated it at only three stars because of that. However, the developer responded quickly and fixed the bug. It is now well worthy of five stars.

The app is simple and easy to use. Gets good quality recordings, but even though it will give you a large wav file as an output, it won’t actually capture those extra frequencies that are usually sought after in wav files (looking at a spectrogram in Audacity to do the testing). Also it looks like the software will store the audio files in its system folders, even after you export them. You can delete them in the app, but without deleting them manually, now I may have some potentially very large audio files hidden in my hard drive taking up space. Overall great app, but not quite perfect.

A very well laid out and powerful app. It perfectly grabs audio from any source on your computer (includes external / internal mics) and you can even specify which App to record from (vs. simply recording ALL system audio).A very fair price to pay for the full version ($3/mo or $15/yr).

Worth the money so far. does everything i wanted it to. Feature request: when i export as wav, please remember the setting as my default for next time i export.
