This is the best bridge playing software I have found. It lets you make mistakes! It lets you skip the bidding and replay until you get it right or you say uncle and read the column on the hand. One way to improve at bridge is to just play the game with others. Another is to get this app. I often wonder how people learn the strategies I have learned from these hands. I also like knowing that the pro's disagree about the bid of a difficult hand. If you are an intermediate player, these drills are just excellent. My only complaint is that sometimes the writing isn't edited well. A misspelled word here and there bothers me. Otherwise, it's totally worth the $10 a month. I've had classes far more expensive, and I learned less. Bridge teachers are often great players but lousy teachers. Audrey Grant is the exception. Get this app.

I've learned more from this series than any other bridge lessons I've taken. The information and the way it's presented is terrific. Unlike other bridge programs, in the bidding section, Audrey Grant gives you a choice of correct bids depending on the system and conventions you play. I start my day with the lesson of the day, and then before I sign off, I go back to an earlier bidding practice lesson and review it. Everytime a do a review, I find something that I still need to work it. It's helped my bidding in duplicate games immensely. I started with these active Better Bridge Columns in Oct, 2013. Now I'm purchasing the columns from Dec. 2012 up through when I started, mostly for the Sunday bidding lesson. This is the best money I've spent for bridge books or lessons since I started playing a little over 3 years ago.

This is the best program I've ever used ... and I've used a lot. I particularly like the variety of columns and find they help me learn as though I have a personal instructor. I also like the level of difficulty; I do my best to 'play' the columns prior to reading the answers. Sometimes I win, more often not. But, learning is taking place and is reinforced by subsequent columns.Overall, this is an excellent program! The only things I would like to see improved are 1.) to proof read the symbols a little better, e.g., ensure that when you mean 4H it isn't 4S, and 2.) to have a weekly column on defensive signaling.Thanks for the excellent job you do.

I was searching for Audrey Grant's bridge lessons on DVDs since I was familiar with the VCR versions a few years back. I hadn't played in about eight years and wanted to brush up so I could start playing again. I could not find anything online but stumbled across this APP which is even better than her videos. It is fantastic because it is interactive and is very easy to understand. After the bridge column trial, I realized I wasn't was rusty as I thought, so I subscribed to that as well. In fact, I bought all the in APP purchases. Don't hesitate to purchase this APP. It's a great buy for what you get and cheaper than buying a set of DVDs. Thank you Audrey Grant!!!

This is a super way to sharpen your bidding and playing skills. What I like is how logically each hand or lesson proceeds. I like the different opinions the experts have on a given hand, since it shows how bridge is an art as well as a science! If I have any criticism, which basically I don't, it is that the hands are always just a little too difficult for me to play right on my own. It would be nice once in a while to find there isn't a catch to what looks straightforward at first. But then of course I wouldn't learn anything. This is a wonderful way to improve and play bridge.

And now I have over 400 games to relearn the lessons for ever. If you keep playing Bridge without this teaching, you will never know how many games you could have won that you lost.
