Auntie Anne's Pretzel Perks 4+

Melissa went out of her way to be kind and professional in serving me this afternoon. We chatted about the old stamp cards and told her I still have my old ones. She told me that Auntie Ann’s still does points, but on the app which I did not know. Now I can get points the modern way.

Second time we’ve walked all the way down to the only auntie Anne’s in the Walden Galleria in Buffalo NY only to be met with lack of product and rude staff. We decided to order a meal instead since my daughter wanted a dip with her pretzels and figured it would be cheaper so we ordered the combo with the drink and dip. But then she didn’t give us a dip. She said it wasn’t included. I said that’s why we ordered the drink because if she was getting the dip anyway. She said oh it does come with the birtnday cake ones. Like what difference does it make? If you can get cinnamon why wouldn’t you be able to get the new birthday ones. So then we have to pay $1.59* more for a dip. My order was to be a small cup of nugget combo but they didn’t have that so we’re pushed to spend over $12 for that combo. And they were barely even warm. And the girl was just rude.

So my friend bought 32 dollars of food there and they did not give him a receipt so we went back got his receipt and I scanned it for the free pretzel. It said “hooray you won a pretzel” so I went up to get my free breezes because that was the only way I could get anything. She very rudely says what do you want and I say I have this free pretzel and show her the coupon. Like it was instinct she says no free pretzels now with a slight smile like in some way she sickly enjoys saying it. I walk to the side to let the next person order and ask her why no free pretzel. She does not respond and I can do nothing. I walked off without a pretzel. I can’t even use it later because it goes away in 90 minutes and I can’t get to another one that soon. Very disappointed, would not recommend.
