This lock and app is a must have if you have a short term property. Once set up it is totally hands free. It sends code to clients. It activates and deactivates codes without needing to do anything. The battery life is great after 3 months my battery life is 77%. Can lock or open from my phone or see who does. Also cane with a button for check out to notify cleaner property is now vacant. Lock is as easy to install as any dead bolt.
