Why does the schedule not allow you to look at previous days?

It’s Monday morning in the US. I want to see what happened Monday in Australia while I was sleeping. However, the schedule is already on to Tuesday.

To find results, I have to go to men’s singles draw. Then click women’s singles draw, then click men’s doubles draw, then click women’s doubles draw then click mixed. You get the point.

If the app only allowed me to see a previous day’s schedule, it would be one click and simple to review the day’s results.

How about at least keep that day’s schedule available while some parts of the world are just starting that day.

The app clearly allows for two days worth of schedules. For example, it says Tuesdays schedule and then for Wednesday, it says schedule not available.

How about keeping the previous day’s schedule available until the schedule two days later is announced. What good is it to have 2 options under the link when only one days schedule is available?

Live scores can’t be refreshed: aren’t updated

This app would be so much better if you could update the scores. If I am on the scores page and I close the app, and then, I open my phone again, the scores do NOT update. It’s very annoying. It would be better if you could scroll up to refresh the page so the live scores will update, but that is not a feature of the app right now. It is a feature of the other tennis major apps though. To see the updated live scores you literally have to close out the app entirely then come back in to see the page refreshed. Fix this!

Hi Golfer7777777, Please upgrade to the latest version of the app (21.0.7) which fixes the issue. Regards, AO Team

Poor set up and performance

No notifications are working and why can’t you sort the results/live scores so you only see your favorites? It is ridiculously hard to find the scores you’re actually interested in during the early rounds! Live scores are very slow to update. There is no in-app way to report issues with app, either. Overall, a very poor app.

Hi sjmina, are you notifications enabled for Aus Open? You can check this by navigating to Settings > Notifications > Aus Open > ensure Allow Notifications is enabled. Your filtering by favourites suggestion is a good idea - we have passed it on to the team. The score updates fix will be available in the next version. Regards, AO Team
