Ratings and Reviews
App performs slow, and will occasionally have initial passcode disappear but timer still count down. When first opened, it always requests you change your settings to give it access to your location. Unsure on why an Authenticator would need my location or why it would need to ask every time it is opened.
Just got the new XS Max and the app crashes every time. Hopefully they update before I have to give back my old phone for the trade up program.
After uninstalling the app and installing it back it works. Giving 3-stars.
Wish it would sync to iCloud with a backup option. Microsoft Authenticator works this way and is great when getting a new phone
Far from professional
Not sure what happened to the dev team but Kaseya/Auth Anvil’s entire product feels like abandonware. Is there anyone actually working on this product? The app is still buggy, push notifications rarely work and it used to support Apple Watch but that’s not working either. I cannot wait for my office to migrate off this failure.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
