It was easy to set up and use, but I would prefer not having to pay a fee to use it, but in these times I realize it’s important to keep your information secure.

I don’t mean to be rude but the whole 2FA Concept is very stupid and useless, there’s no one and I mean NO ONE who plays this game that would want to hack others and even if they did they wouldn’t hack someone’s account when they could just somehow increase their own in game revenue as a Hacker.

You make players go through too much trouble just to be able to gift emotes to friends, at best there should be an email authentication and that’s it, This set up not only causes players to lose their accounts but have to create a completely different one that may not even work in the first place
So now you’d have two accounts on which you still can’t send gifts, Not smart at all and definitely not a secure and simple way to keep overpriced in game currency from being stolen which it wouldn’t in the first place unless you gave your password to a random person.

On top of all that, this issue along with many others has been going on for years now and the devs completely ignore every one of their players, people putting money in their pockets.

I love and appreciate the work you do just not the choices you make with the technicalities of the game, Make signing up more simple and not on par with a subscription or membership of sorts, Heck even getting Netflix for six months is way easier than this.

Hello! Thanks for your constructive feedback. We am sorry that you are unhappy with our App. You seem to have left this review for the wrong app. Our app is simply a way of receiving 2fa codes. We do not control how the game you are using works, that they require 2fa or any of the other issues you describe as it's not something that we develop or are connected with in any way shape or form. So sorry that you do not like the concept of 2fa being required for your game but, it was not our call. I had all my important accounts attached to this app. Which was great until one day the app logged itself out. When I logged back in all my accounts that I CAN NOT log into with the passcode that is given to me from this app. Were gone I can’t figure out how to get them back. I can’t login to any of my accounts and since I already setup the account with the app it won’t allow me to do it again. It’s been almost a year and I still can’t get into any of those accounts. Don’t do it!! I promise you, you will completely regret it!!
