Authenticator 7 - Store and generate secure 2FA (two-factor authentication) tokens for your online accounts on your device. The Authenticator 7 helps you protect your account from hackers by adding an additional layer of security.
Secure & Private: All data stored in Authenticator is always encrypted, even when it's stored in iCloud, to ensure that you are the only one who can access your data.
2FA Secured Backup: Safe and secure encrypted iCloud backups for all your 2FA codes, passwords, and secret keys. You can easily restore access to your keys on a new device or use our app on multiple devices with automatic cross-device synchronization.
Synchronization Across all Devices: With Authenticator, all your tokens will automatically synchronize across all Apple devices. Once configured with an online account, the application works efficiently on various mobile devices and allows you to log in from several devices at once.
Import from other apps: You can export all your 2FA keys from any other external app and import them into our app in one tap. Just scan the QR code from the other 2FA app with our app or use CSV file import to import an unlimited amount of 2FA codes to our app. 3 2FA codes can be added for free, and a subscription is needed to have the ability to add an unlimited number of 2FA tokens.
Export from our app: You can easily export all 2FA codes from our app in just a single tap. Export them as a CSV file or QR code.
Custom Icons: Add custom or system icons to any of your 2FA codes to better recognize them on the list with many codes. The application automatically recognizes the service icon (favicon).
Password Manager: Store all your passwords in one secure storage. Get automatic password leaks protection and security reports for leaked passwords. Get a push if your password is leaked in some data leak. 3 passwords can be added for free, and a subscription is needed to have the ability to add an unlimited number of passwords.
Password generator: Generate a strong password with multiple security settings and smart password creation tips. Set up the password length and use unique symbols and numbers. 3 passwords can be added for free, and a subscription is needed to have the ability to add an unlimited number of passwords.
App PIN lock: Set up a 4-digit PIN to protect your app from other people and set up an auto-lock feature for the app to automatically lock the app with a PIN after exiting the app.
Authorize with Touch ID: Confirm your identity with the application using Touch ID and generate one-time tokens required to log in to your online accounts.

Excellent app!
I was very concerned about my privacy regarding my federal student loan. However, with Authenticator 7, I now feel more secure and protected. I feel confident that my student loan log-in and any passwords or number combinations that I associate with this account are safe and protected. Any stress associated with my account has been alleviated. I also feel that my privacy and any concerns regarding my federal student loan are no longer an issue. app nonfunctional after switching to new phone
I recently switched to a new iPhone 16e (from iPhone 13). This Authenticator App is nonfunctional on my new phone. I am not able to Login; I repeatedly received an error message. When I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I got a message asking if I wanted to Cancel my subscription---so clearly the app "knows” that I have a current subscription. I have reinstalled the app and continue getting the same error message. I have the latest operating system on my iphone 16e: iOS 18.5. And this app is the newest version since I just deleted and reinstalled. I am not using VPN. The date and time on my phone are correct.
I have a subscription that does not expire until May 7, 2026. (I recently paid almost $40 for a year's subscription, and I can't get my money back.) I have sent an email to this app’s Help desk—have not yet received a Reply. Currently, I am a very unhappy customer.

Our Authenticator 7 app really recognizes active subscriptions through your Apple ID, so you noticed everything correctly - the system "sees" the subscription. However, subscription and access to the code are independent entities: codes are stored locally on the device, and if you have not used the backup or data transfer function, access to codes may be lost after deleting the application.
So that we can help you as soon as possible, please specify:
What error message do you get when you start the application?
Have you used the backup function in your old iPhone or data transfer via iCloud?
Do you see any saved codes in the "Codes" section after installing the application on a new device?
If possible, send a screenshot of the error or the screen on which the application does not work to our support address: help@team2swift.com - we will definitely connect technical specialists and try to help you as soon as possible
Cannot login to the account
After using this account to secure my Heroku account, I got locked out once I tried to login back in with my google account using google auth, it’s giving me:
URLSessionTask failed with error: An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.
And I have no solutions for this, I have been trying to come back every month to use it but it does not work for the past 4 months.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties accessing your account. The URLSessionTask failed with error: SSL error indicates that your device is having trouble connecting securely to the server. This is usually due to:
an outdated version of the operating system,
incorrect date and time settings,
an unstable or secure connection (such as a VPN or corporate network),
antivirus or firewall applications blocking the connection.
In order for us to help you as efficiently as possible, please do the following:
Make sure the date and time on your device is set correctly.
Try temporarily disabling VPNs or proxies if they are in use.
Check that you have the latest version of iOS and our app installed.
If possible, reinstall the app.
