Excellent app overall, + saved me money!

Short version: I had a great experience, customer service was lightning fast.
Get the app, but turn off notifications!

Long version: I only needed one thing, not available in my country, and was about to order from the website, but noticed their ad saying that things could be discounted further via the app. DL'd the app. The item was indeed cheaper!

User interface was clear, everything easy to find. I needed to switch payment methods (my fault, not theirs) and had to contact customer service. Did it through Help in the app, received immediate assistance!

Shipping (Germany to Norway) cost more than the item itself, but that was expected. After ordering, it took a few days for my item to ship, and a week to arrive, but progress was easy to track through the app, every step of the way.

Notifications: they are very frequent, and say nothing important, just in effect, 'Hey! Open our app! We're here!' I left them on thinking I'd get notified about my order progress, but no, that is found within the app, and through emails.

Price increased by90% after Placing in the cart awaiting customer service

Once an item is placed on the cart, you have agreed to sell and I have agreed to buy at that price and you must hold that price long enough for me to receive answers from your customer service VIA CHAT NO LESS confirming compatibility with the car for which the parts are being ordered. If you are into playing games, two can play. One can load the cart, pay, cancel, delete, and create so much overhead to make you customer service spin like a top. I QUESTION THE LEGALITY OF THE WAY YOU ARE CONDUCTING BUSINESS. It appears you have a team of commodity traders watching what gets loaded in carts and artificially juggle the prices in real time to increase your profit factor as if the carts were engaged in an auction bidding for a higher price. Worst, you may keep clients waiting for answers in your chat to buy time to increase the number of “bidding” clients and sell out at a pre-targeted price much higher than the original lower prices advertised. Slick! Not pleasurable doing business with you on these terms.

Pictures are not showing

Good and very useful application especially for “do it yourself” like myself, anyway after the latest update the pictures are not showing at all, where ever supposed to be a picture it’s blank, I hope you fix it very soon, thanks.

After the latest update the application is more stable and the pictures are showing properly however the 360 degrees view is still broke and doesn’t work.
Thank you for the effort and it is a very useful application, it will never leave my phone.
