I wish your other Autogenic training apps and the fantasy app were in English and were updated for ios11! These 2 apps are great for quick meditations/mindfulness during the work day.
Salvation! Hidden gem of an app !
I'm big into my meditation apps. I regularly use others like Calm, Breathe etc. But I have to say this "Autogenic Training" is powerful when I'm having one of those days where I just can't seem to relax or let go of the day. I have GAD and my therapist had recommended Autogenic muscle relaxation in general and I found this app. What a hidden gem! Her accent is also very soothing and the pace is wonderful. Wish I could give it 6 stars!!
I had extensive autogenic training as a child and it worked wonder. I got this app to get back to it. Very nice voice and music. One has to know that autogenic works better and better as you do it. Take 10 minutes a day. After a while you fell like you had a 24 hours nap
