You figure you work with the police department to get their tows figure at least give me the year make model and Vin number when you put the license plate in come on let’s talk about doing the bare minimum

Great App but..

So I love the app and it’s great except there is no way for the user to tell if your transmitting your location other then the beacon and your boss telling you. I would like there to be a away to show while your in the app if your actually transmitting more then the beacon. I have had on countless times been showing that I am transmitting my location but my boss is showing that I am not and I have lost work because of it. Is there anyway to have a green bar on top showing that I’m good to go and then a red bar showing that there is a problem or something. Please and thank you.

The update is awful

It no longer notifies you when you’ve been sent a call it’s a days work just to refresh every few seconds. I get to calls and the police are saying they saw the company name change multiple times which is not surprising because THEY DID NOT KNOW THEY HAD A CALL. Fix yourself! This is going on a week long of zero notifications just “your response time is approaching” sound…. Ummm excuse me? How is this not in the works? This is crucial for communication from cops to companies to clear these accidents and such. Update is crucial to the relaunching of this app.
