Description

Auxl is a native HTTP API client for macOS. Its powerful node based system provides a whole new way to organise, test, and develop web APIs.

Pick and choose from an ever-expanding toolkit of modules. Use any combination of REST, GraphQL and WebSocket sources. Authenticate, perform regular expressions, run Javascript, generate dates, hashes, nonces, and much more.

Auxl provides a flexible space to interact with APIs of any complexity. Whether it's sending a simple form, uploading a file to S3, or building out a custom authentication scheme.

Use the output of a module as input for another to create dynamic configurations and payloads. Great autocomplete support makes it easy to discover and insert variables.

Auxl's console-style output reduces clutter by putting you in control of what gets displayed. It's themeable, has great syntax highlighting, preview support, and handles large responses with ease.

**Robust & Full-Featured**
Auxl's full-featured, high performance HTTP client supports a wide range of standards and protocols, including: HTTP/2, Brotli, and TLS 1.3. Auxl allows you to build AWS v4, OAuth, HAWK and other flows with ease.

**Secure & Private**
Your secrets and passwords are kept safe by default with strong encryption. Enable full project encryption for an additional level of security. At no point does any of your information leave your Mac.

**A Native Experience**
Enjoy excellent performance, great battery life and a look and feel that is right at home on macOS. Auxl runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

**Reuse & Increase Productivity**
Create snippets of your compositions to quickly reuse them. Your most used operations are just a few keystrokes away.

**Extend and Automate**
Use Javascript to write assertions and data transformations. Automate authentication flows by building exit conditions for browsers and web sockets. Integrate anything you need with custom shell scripts.

**Learn by Example**
You'll find that working with Auxl is very intuitive. However, it you need it, ample documentation and examples are included.

**Trial**
A 21 day trial can be downloaded from our website.

Nice

I tried this today and I think this is a nicely done app. Took some time to learn how to use it but I really like the idea of building a "flow" on a canvas. And the important thing for me is that the developer does not collect any data from me. No email address, or account needed. As other REST client tools do that I will no longer use.

One of the best products in the world

This is by far one of the best software I've ever seen and used. It is revolutionary in the way it is imagined. Every single bit of it is a beautiful revolution. It is one of the best software ever written for mac. The quality of executation, is one of a kind.

It has the quality of apps like Things 3, Pixelmator, Sketch, Origami Studio, ... and is really beautifully designed and works really stable.

I used to hate API testing apps like Postman and other bad software alike but this one is my love. I really absolutely love it and wish other software were like it.

Amazing! Worth every cent.

a great first start

If you need to do repetetive testing of apis from your local computer, its hard to beat this little app.

pros
- easy to pipe one flow to another
- spend more time testing and refinding your code instead of writing test code

cons
- docs are a bit ambiguous. definitly could use a better manual and maye some youtube video demonstarations
- no means of organizing flows. I'm basicly saving individual files when being able to create collections of related flows and reusable components (snippits are a good start)

overall, definitly worth getting and i hope the devleoper continues working on it as I can see it beign an indispensable tool with a few ore version
