With Avec, email goes from a chore to a 1-minute ritual. Avec shows you the emails that matter first, one at a time, and lets you reply with your voice. Free, works with your existing Gmail accounts (personal and work).
YOUR PERSONALIZED EMAIL ALGORITHM
Avec prioritizes your inbox and shows your important emails one by one. No more scrolling past important messages buried under newsletters and promos. Importance is learned per sender from what you do, and you can override it on any email. Prefer a regular inbox? Switch to List view anytime.
NOTIFICATIONS THAT TELL THE WHOLE STORY
Stay on top of things without opening your inbox. Avec’s notifications are judicious, and summarize what an email says and what needs your attention, right on your lock screen. Choose alerts for your highest-priority messages, every important email, or just login codes.
REPLY WITH VOICE
Use voice to send emails in seconds. Say a few key points and let Avec draft a perfect email for you. Review it, tweak it with voice, and send.
ALL YOUR GMAIL IN ONE PLACE
Add your work, personal, and side-project Gmail accounts and triage them as one. Each card shows which account it came from, and one tap filters down to just that account when you want to focus. And search all of them at once when you’re not sure where to find an email.
SWIPE TO ZERO
One at a time, in no time. Swipe through your Stack the way you swipe through everything else on your phone (yes, it’s like Tinder for email). Swipe right for Done, left to save for Later, down to stop hearing from a sender. Changed your mind? Undo. Get to inbox zero in seconds, no discipline needed.
KEEP YOUR CALENDAR UP-TO-DATE, NO EFFORT NEEDED
Meetings, reservations, flights; Avec finds plans in your email and adds them to Google Calendar. Review suggestions yourself, or turn on automatic adding to keep your calendar up to date as plans change.
YOUR GMAIL, YOUR RULES
Avec is a layer on top of Gmail, not a replacement for it. You decide what happens in Gmail when you swipe: archive, or just mark as read and keep in your inbox. Nothing is sent, archived, or deleted without your permission.
NOTHING FALLS THROUGH THE CRACKS
Mark emails you can’t handle yet as Todo. Avec reads them and suggests the date itself, so “can you get this to me by Thursday” reminds you on Thursday without you setting anything. When a Todo comes due it returns to the top of your Stack and reminds you.
SMARTER NOTIFICATIONS
Most apps show you a sender and a subject and make you open the app to find out if emails matter. Avec’s notifications tell you what the email says and what it wants from you, in a sentence, on the lock screen.
LOGIN CODES, INSTANTLY
Login codes you receive over email autofill throughout your apps, so you never dig through your inbox to find a 6-digit code.
ASK YOUR INBOX
Avec's search is different. Instead of sifting through threads, just ask. Avec gives you great answers in seconds.
ONE-TAP UNSUBSCRIBE
Not every sender deserves the same attention. Once you’ve handled what matters, unsubscribe with a single tap. Or block a sender outright.
CLEAR YOUR BACKLOG
Thousands of old emails waiting in your inbox? Review the important ones and clear everything else in under a minute. Then see how tall your backlog was.
BUILT FOR THREADS AND INVITES
Long thread? Read the summary instead. Calendar invite? RSVP yes, no, or maybe without leaving the email, and add it to your calendar in a tap.

This is hands down the best email app I’ve used. The unsubscribe feature is amazing. It actually works every time, which feels rare. It makes dealing with emails so much faster and less frustrating.Search is insanely good, way better than anything else I’ve tried, and the voice dictation for replies and searching is super smooth. My favorite part is how it keeps searching and will notify me later if it finds a better answer. That’s honestly kind of mind blowing. This is what I want AI in apps to feel like. Not some separate chatbot, but something built in that just makes everything easier. Plus, the app looks incredible. I actually enjoy using it every day.
Productivity made fun!

As someone who geeks out about productivity, Avec is amazing. Also, as someone who never seems to have enough time in the day, the Avec app is even more amazing and it's super easy to use. The transcription feature is a game changer and it makes other transcription tools feel ancient. I can fumble my thoughts and it still picks up what I’m putting down, which amazes me every time.I even look forward to the new release emails from the Avec team. Normally I’d rush to unsubscribe, but the team makes updates fun and worth reading. You don’t want to miss what’s new because they’re constantly improving the app and rolling out new features and improvements.
A game changer for Gmail

I don’t write reviews. Certainly not for apps. In this case, I’m making an unusual and rare exception. I don’t even remember how I found out about Avec, but it has really simplified my experience on Gmail. And I say that as someone who routes all of my various business emails through Gmail. The voice and dictation features are best in class. Seriously. The efficiency and ease of use of the app is best in class. There are even one or two Easter eggs that are worth discovering when you have a moment. And this app will make sure that you DO have extra moments because of the time it will save you.
Wanted tinder style inbox management, this is that and more!
penguinmatroyshka
Wanted just a simple swipe left or right interface to manage my unreads. Well this app is perfect for that, but I’ve been really surprised how helpful the smarter features are. The automatic grouping of low importance emails has been awesome, better than gmails automatic categorization for me. The quick unsubscribe button is also perfectly placed so I can hit it whenever marketing emails come up. Really impressed with this little app. It’s free and has no ads—I’d easily pay money for it!
The trash button is back in the Stack view! If you want to Bookmark something, you can still do so by long pressing the card and picking from the menu that appears.
