As an advisor who has worked on other sites in the past, it’s an absolute Godsend to be able to connect with my clients through an app. Avid has been the best site I’ve ever worked on and my clients rave about the top notch customer service and easy to access tools to connect.

Needs updates
The advisors are great. Not you can’t get your chat transcripts, and there is no transaction history to see what you spent.
