The lights are on but no one is home?

This looks like a great app and I was excited to try it but it won't recognize our phone numbers I tried all 3 cell numbers for our family and it would not recognize any of them. I tried each number multiple times and on different days in case it was some fluke.
My only thought on a possible reason would be that our numbers started as Verizon numbers and we switched to Google Fi. I don't know if that would matter. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I followed the link to their website and that domain is for sale. No app updates for a year. Hmmm
