A lot of long-term glitches
Although it is sometimes quicker to use rather than going onto the internet, there is a lot that needs to be fixed. At some point, every single time I open the app I’m prompted to accept the same terms I’ve accepted many times before. That should be a one time thing. The same thing happened with making sure my address was correct a few months ago.
When using filters to search through products, anytime I click on an item and have to go back I have to reapply the filters and start from the top. Pretty annoying when I get so far down the list.
When items are no longer available (for good, not just out of stock) it still shows up and only says it’s unavailable once clicked on. And then going back a page results in what I mentioned previously.
Sometimes certain links do not work that should. And most of the time searching for products doesn’t work.
I would not recommend downloading the app with the idea it is less stressful and quicker than going the internet route.
Every time I open the app then closes. Checked for updates non available. Rebooted device did not fix. Un install then reinstall and same problem. I need it working on my iPad like it does on my iPhone. It’s not my network because I can get on phone. This started two weeks ago. My phone did it at one pointfor3 days. Both devices are new models and updated. And have been using the app since sept last year. Nothing I try fixes the issue
Love and hate at the moment
I loved utilizing the app up until about two months ago. Anytime I click back it continues to load, never actually taking me to the previous page. I have to always get out of the app completely and come back in to refresh the app. When shopping it can get very frustrating when adding items to the cart. I either have to get out in between items and come back in or search each item individually but that only works when you know exactly what you’d like to purchase. I thought maybe it was my phone but I’ve spoke to a few people and they’ve told me it happens for them as well. Hopefully this issue will be resolved eventually because overall the app makes ordering so much easier.
