Performance optimization and bug fixes

Added support for new Avontus Exchange file format. You can now view external CAD models attached in Avontus Designer along with scaffold models. Revised boiler structure model to use a single part resulting in better performance and maintainability. Fixed a bug in AR views starting with player in the middle of the model obscuring the camera feed. Added a new AR Target image (previous one will still work).
