We should be able to lock a bike from the app
I locked a bike after ride and it unlocked another bike number by itself. I checked the app after I locked the bike I just rode and saw that I’m on another bike and my money wasted😠.
Unrealiable
Bikes don’t function anymore and I can’t still use my balance to buy airtime keeps saying add payment plan…my money is just stuck in the app
I made payment and the bike never unlocked
I tried to ride the bike and it was already unlocked on my app and I was debited twice and the bike never unlocked
