Ratings and Reviews
Good, but lot to modify
App is working too slow in iPhone X, consuming more time to refresh, Speed up the processing time.
Not a good service from Axis Direct
The app won’t sync the transactions performed in the website.
The number of clicks to perform a traction are more. Just one click buy/sell option has to be there.
Worst thing is, the customer care guys are very irresponsible. They don’t even have minimum knowledge. They try to bluff the customers. Unless and until I escalated to senior manager of customer care, I didn’t get right answer.
Log out is it really to log out
God sake this issue existing for so long u click log out and just keep watching like to dumb to ensure if it logs out and one in 10 times it will ask to confirm. If you navigate to any other app and come back it will be on the landing page . Please test appropriately and fix .
