B-Side App 12+

Love the app and I’ve subscribed for the monthly for now. Please feel 100% welcome to take this feedback with a grain of salt (especially since I have yet to actually watch content yet so maybe this is already a feature), but I think it would be useful to have a more navigable home page that displays the different types of content when first opening the app. There’s like a reels type of thing and although I’m young it took me a second to recognize that oh this isn’t where I can select where I wanna watch stuff. Also I’ve noticed that for content I have partially watched there doesn’t seem to be a tab for just going straight back to that. I have to go back and select the episode again. So it could be a thing to have like a “continue watching” section. And I think a downloadable feature to watch content offline or without an internet connection would be great. Maybe even as an added bonus for subscribing yearly. Just my thoughts but I already very excited for how useful and beneficial this content will be for my life and my walk with God. Love y’all! 😁

I love all the content that I’ve seen so far and it’s been so helpful along with the easy and smooth interface to switch from info to info. My only issue is when I open to watch any kind of videos on my phone whether it be conversations or tome content I want to naturally turn my phone over to see the full video and it lets me, but when I pause it to write something down it switches back to half screen and that’s annoying. Then when I open the app on my tablet I can’t watch the full screen at all. As a matter of fact it’s way less than half screen and Tim’s head is cut off unfortunately when playing the videos. So I have to go back on my phone to watch since at least I can see everything despite it shifting on me. I even checked my screen lock but it has nothing to do with that either.. I’m not sure what to do. Both devices are apple 👐🏻

Downloaded the app, paid my subscription and have tried to update my profile, but for some reason it keeps telling me that I have not subscribed. Somehow I was able to get in for a few minutes and begin listening to one of your courses a Jezebel spirit until the app kicked me out and now it’s saying that all access is locked and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I’m still not able to update my profile or hear any of these locked messages.

But from what I was able to view in a short period of time. I believe this app will be very beneficial to my Christian growth, so I’m gonna give it five stars.
