Unprofessional
I had a very disappointing experience with this app and its support team. I was wrongly accused of leaving a 1-star review, despite proving that I had not rated the app at all. To resolve the issue, I even submitted a 5-star rating as requested, yet I continued to be harassed and have my character questioned. The unprofessionalism and poor customer service made it clear that this is not a company I want to support. I do not recommend this app to anyone who values respectful and ethical customer interactions.
