Easy, clear, and Good customer services

I love that I got rid of a lot of hassle when using the app. Most of the service providers cares about the feedback and review and customer service is very active and responsive to make sure that qualified service provider continue to provide good services

Good Selection of Services

The app provides a good selection of services.
The also offer coupon discounts, which are poorly managed.
The way the app works is it sends the user a company/staff that decide on cost. When the cost is decided, the company/staff expect immediate cash payment, and do not accept that there is a discount on the app.

I would recommend the app handling payments, not only to give better management of payment, but also to give options such as Debit/Credit Cards and Apple Pay (which are not options as it stands)
