Don’t understand a lick of Albanian but it was so easy, user friendly and straightforward I was able to place an order on the first go!

Needs improvement
Half of the time I order, restaurants call to ask my address. Does the app not give them my address? It's the 21st century - this is not something that should need to happen.
Also, please add a way to pay by credit card. Again, it's not the 1800s.

Take Ownership!
What I don’t get is that no-one seems to take ownership of their mistakes. When an error happens or a mistake is made, take ownership, apologize or not to the customer, even give them a little incentive and make them happy. Don’t play the “ blame “ game. I love the app, its very user friendly, easy to navigate, etc. But, honestly train your drivers, and your customer service people, even restaurants while you are at it.
I could go on and on but for what, no-one seems to give a crap for one bad review, because at the end of the day, its the “ you get what you get “ culture.
