Purchased Game Charged 3x and still Locked

I purchased this game this morning for my for 4 year old daughter. I attempted to purchase the game. iTunes verified that my CC was charged. The game was still locked. I checked my card and I have 3 pending charges from the app. I attempted to use the support link on the app and the website could not be found.

I would like support to please respond with appropriate steps to resolve my issue. I will contact my card and dispute the charges otherwise.

Decent free games for kids.

my 21-month-old son, who has an extremely short attention and usually can only play with something for a few minutes and then moves onto the next thing, plays these baby games for longer than I expected. Very engaging. My toddlers boy has been enjoying it for quite a bit. Notable for 2 year olds!
