This one is perfect for at home on the go mobile ease
It’s got basic videos that show you the exercise without much distracting bluster. Super easy to follow. Don’t love the music it’s same thing on repeat but otherwise best I’ve found yet for free
If you go to the explanation of the excise, the weird animated guy is not doing what the text is describing. If they can’t even get that to match I don’t have a whole lot of confidence in the actual work out plan. But I started it and figured it would still be good for my shoulders and back. Then it has you doing skater squats. That’s fine if I want this app for overall work out, but I already ran 10 miles and want something for my shoulders like the app implies. There is also no way to contact them and ask a question or just let them know about the explanation issues.
