Don't waste your money, Google gives far better information and work outs than this paid for app.

Don't waste your money

This app literally does nothing and should be pulled from the App Store. The exercises and tutorials don't load. Wish I could get my money back.

Disappointed. Paid the money, and then the app closes when trying to do the exercises. Basically, rendering the app useless.
