Cover your messy desktop for video calls, presentations, and to eliminate distractions.
Backdrop X is a recreation of my 1990's shareware app Backdrop! It doesn't do anything but display your selected wallpaper in a window that covers your desktop.
This is useful for:
• Temporarily reducing the distraction of a cluttered desktop.
• Hiding your messy desktop when giving a presentation or creating screenshots for training materials.
What’s New
Version 2.2
You can choose the system wallpaper, or any image file to use as the backdrop. Just drop an image on the app, or choose a file from the View Options window.
