Blackballed

I did used to do well at the game at first then, I began to notice a predictable pattern where certain rolls would constantly favor the opponent and put me at risk all the time. I also noticed it would blackball me when trying to come out into the opponent’s home vs them getting out in mine when sent. It also would seem to cheat at the end of games with me winning and all the sudden the opponent would get freaky doubles and end the game on a double if down to a tie or pieces left and every time it almost always gave the opponent the double and they’d win. Things have become so predictable no matter who I play that I believe the computer has blackballed me. In person to person Backgammon I usually win quite a bit. Anyway, I enjoyed the site at first but, I’ll be looking for a different site now or I’ll have to create a different account with the current site.

Not designed for Apple mobile devices

Although I like this Backgammon game app, it doesn’t work well on iPads or iPhones. It doesn’t allow you to use the double option at the $15k+ on either device, nor does it display the everything on the screen. Plus, there are no directions on this site. (Still can’t figure out why they periodically give you 5 minutes…5 minutes for what?)

I love playing backgammon, I have downloaded almost all of the backgammon games and this is the best one so far. But if you are having issues with not being to claim your free lucky dice and no matter how many times you trying to refresh the page go back into it will not let you roll your lucky dice. Don't bother emailing those people because no one will reply back. I think there is no support workers. I've emailed them, and I went to their Facebook page to let them know and they never said anything back to me.
Yes, not having my lucky dice, not a big deal as long as I can still play the game, but that's not the point I am getting at.
what if I had an emergency with someone hacking into my account and I wanted to report it I still would not hear back from them because no one works there.
I gave all stars for the game but 0 for support services.
Come and play with me and see if you can beat me, I bet you can't.
