Nice utility for desktop background management

If you like to use a slideshow of random images as your desktop background, there is always a problem of formatting them in a way the icons are visible.
This app does it for you, uniformly formatting your images and adding a frame with the matching blurring color around them.
Now all the images are uniformly formatted, looking nice and leaving enough space for the desktop icons.
