【功能综述】本应用主要服务于全国居民，帮助该部分群体提高自我健康管理、就诊就医效率，及时发现病情、治疗病情，从而提高全民健康水平。应用具体实现的功能如下：
【快速问诊】建立居民与医生之间的在线沟通渠道，居民可自主选择医生进行线上问诊，省去线下排队等候时间；
【预约挂号】居民可通过本应用在指定的医院实现线上预约挂号，居民到达医院可直接就医；
【卡充值】居民可在线为医院的就诊卡充值缴费，无需去窗口排队等待；
【查询】居民可随时查询在线问诊的历史记录和挂号记录，了解历史就诊过程；
【看点】居民可随时查看医生发布的经典、重要的医学科普文章，普及医学知识；
