When you reach a boundary and genuinely need more time, you can request it from your Buddy. They can approve or decline through a secure link — they don’t need to install Balance Buddy. BUILD YOUR OWN BALANCE Set Daily Limits for how much time you want to spend on selected apps. Use Focus Hours to protect parts of your day like work, studying, mornings, evenings or bedtime. INTERRUPT AUTOPILOT When a protected app is blocked, Balance Buddy gives you a moment to reconsider before continuing instead of letting another automatic check turn into a long scroll. ADD ACCOUNTABILITY Limits are easy to set when motivation is high. Balance Buddy can make weakening those limits a decision you don’t make alone.
