I’ve had this app downloaded for over three years now. And out of all the meditation apps that there are like calm or any other, this free version is actually useful! The first year I had the free version, and I loved it so much that I upgraded. That same year I fell off with self care and didn’t meditate as much but this year I’ve changed that with all of the new features and different self guided meditations, like eating, driving, anger, grief!
I found this app when I was going through a really rough time in life mentally. Now, 2 years later I have over 110 hours of meditation and it’s changed my life for the better. I’ve recently been able to recommend it to a friend who was also struggling mentally, and now he’s doing better. Thank you for everything you guys are doing. And may everyone who comes across this app find peace and joy within themselves. ☮️🫶🏽
I never take the time to rate an app, but this app is sensational. Compared to the other meditation apps, I love how this one is neutral, quiet, and actually offers levels to your meditation practice. I feel accomplished after feeling like I hit the goal set for the practice. It’s a VERY moving feeling. Thank you all for sharing your expertise! I can’t wait to continue my meditations. 🥹 in good health to you all!
This app has been a huge help for me. Definitely the best meditation app there is out there. I meditate every single day and meditations aren’t too long, but you can make them longer if you want to. this app is wonderful in lots of ways. I would love if there were a plan for self-love maybe not exactly that but something similar to a 0self-love-themed-plan”. Once again, great app and great management!
I’ve used this app for more than 2 years and it still works. After my free year (which is amazing, it’s legit 100% access to all content) I immediately said yes to a paid version because I knew I needed something like this on days when sleep evades. My two wishes: they continue to release more sleep guided meditations, and on guided meditations, have the choice to add more guidance. Sometimes the mind needs a little more handholding on certain days ya know?
I really appreciate this app, the guidance from instructors and the benefits it provides. Not only did my perspective change for the better, I became more calm and when issues arose I handled them with much more ease. Additionally, due to the decreased stress I actually lost 47lbs without trying or even changing my diet. It’s quite amazing how a few minutes a day can make such a significant change in one’s life. I am now a lifetime member.
