We give you options to do this you can enter it yourself or use Fitbit to sync your data.
We then give you the tools and tips you need to improve these behaviours. Why is this important? Lots of apps tell you how much sleep you get or exercise you do. But we take this information and combine it with proven strategies to help change your behaviour to improve your health.

Needs serious sign up flow work
Sign up flow is lengthy and clunk - two forms of 5+ questions, a few of which seemed repetitive
For "experts in behavior change" I'm surprised how hard you made it to even get started. Then, the only three categories are active, inactive, and sleep. Which are too broad to be useful.
Overall disappointed in usability
It always freezes, otherwise it would be an amazing app.

In this day and age, its absolutely inexcusable for releasing this kinda app!! I mean, do the appointment developes even realize it's v meant for mobile use?!?!? So many unoptimized text fields!! Lackluster and callously developed and designed
