It could be better
To start with, the application works well from time to time, but I think that the design of the app could be better, with a cleaner and more modern design and, of course, more intuitive. I also think they should add support for Apple Pay and Apple Wallet, and an app for Apple Watch.

no hemos implementado los pagos sin contacto con iPhone ya que Apple restringe el uso de su producto Apple Pay, por lo que no nos permite usar el protocolo de pago sin contacto.
Nos hemos comunicado con Apple para que evalúen la posibilidad de que podamos vincularnos a Apple Pay, pero la decisión depende por completo de ellos y de que quieran entrar al mercado centroamericano, por lo que estamos a la espera de una respuesta.
Seguiremos trabajando para mejorar su experiencia.

Oh no... Don’t touch what’s working!!!
I have no idea if the people who’ve designed the latest version have any idea about how things are supposed to be done. First of all, don’t touch what’s working fine if you will break it. In the latest version it’s not even possible to transfer money between accounts- not even between my OWN accounts and much less between my and CUSTOMER’s accounts. This is completely ridiculous!!!! Fix the problem or I will definitely change bank for my personal and my company accounts. You are a bunch of completely incompetent noobs!!!!!

Almost everything I need it is available with the mobile app. From transfers, cash withdrawals, own account multi-bank tranfers.
Cardless cash withdrawals are not available for foreign nationals at the ATM. Wish BAC could do better on this front.
Besides this, app is very uselful. I almost never go to the bank teller personally. Thank you!
