• Realiza retiros sin tarjeta en cualquiera de nuestros cajeros automáticas utilizando Código CASH.

• Consultar el balance de tus cuentas y tarjetas de crédito a través de Siri de una manera rápida y sencilla.

• Buscar los cajeros automáticos y sucursales que están a tu alrededor. Entérate de cuáles están abiertas en este momento y qué tipo de billetes dispensa cada uno de nuestros cajeros.

Do yourself a favor and don’t link the token to the app

The worst thing that you can do is to link your token to the mobile app. Everything was working fine until I did that. One day, I had to update the app and now I don’t have access to my internet banking because my token was deactivated when it linked to the digital version in the app. I don’t live in Dominican Republic and they say I have to go to an office to get a new token... More than a month has passed and I can’t make transactions or confirm how much money I have left because of that. Seriously, the worst ever!

Careful with the token

The apps works fine but I had a very bad experience when I upgraded to a new phone.

If for some reason the app could not complete the process to setup the token, you will have to go in person to a branch and fix. I was out of Dom Rep and needed the token... After a call and many emails, the solution from the bank, almost two months later, was to go in person.

For some reason an update came and I was able to setup my token with no problem. I wish there was a better solution for this scenario.
