Bandcamp for Artists & Labels 4+

This app is good at letting you view your playback data, but you can’t listen to your own tracks through it... The other Bandcamp app is for fans, and it cuts you off of listening to your own tracks after a few plays. Like... I’m not going to purchase my own song bro lol... The two apps should just be combined into one, and when you create an account, it should just ask whether you’re a fan or an artist. As an artist, you should have the exact same app experience, with a music hub that lets you discover and play back music, create playlists, view your purchases, etc., except also have a “home” tab lets you access the playback and purchase stats for your own tracks, as well as all your uploads. Just my opinion. 🤷‍♂️.

The app is great so far, but I don’t see myself using it much until multi-user support is added. I’m not at all a label but I do manage several distinct projects (both current/active projects and band discographies) — for my purpose, logging in and out for each account is a huge pain. The bandcamp site has this option, hope to see it in the app soon!

I had waited for this for ages, so I’m very excited it exists now. The interface is simple and the info they give is really helpful. However, I think it’s really missing the “downloads” and “buzz” data you can find on the website. I think that’s all it needs to do it’s job really well.

Pipe-dream type stuff - I’d love to be able to add new merch, modify merch stock for multiple price points (shirt sizes, etc). But I don’t think that all is necessary, though it’d be great to have.
