Straightforward and secure
This app is continuously being improved. Banistmo has a definite commitment to customer service. The phone support in both English and Spanish is excellent.
Many bugs
I could not complete my online account registration because of a bug that would not allow me to enter a passphrase after I chose my security picture. I had to complete my account by desktop computer. Also the token generator does not allow me to continue when I enter my last 4 digits of bank card. Now must waste time to call customer service to get a token. Very unprofessional. Too many bugs in this app!
Banistmo is awesome
Nothing but praise for Banistmo bank from this U.S expat. Account rep always responds to my emails & text. The online mobile app is top notch and use it fir all my bills.
