Extremely upset

Everything was fine until the new app update happened. It always locks me out. After a couple of days it deletes all my sign in information. Will not allow me to reset password unless I have security questions set up (which I have done countless times). When I try to do reset password/link it will send me and then tell me the link has expired when it hasn't even been two hours. No good contact phone number where you can check your balance. Can only speak with someone through business hours. Just not a good experience when you need to check your balance late at night. Extremely irritated. Will be going in Monday morning to close down all accounts. I don't want to have any relations with a bank with little to no accessibility.

The account becomes locked after 3 unsuccessful attempts to login. If you continue to experience the mentioned issues please contact our Call Center at 479-788-4600 between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday - Friday and 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday to further research these issues.

Going Backwards

The new app update said that it had enhanced functionality. I disagree. It looks like an app a new company would put out for their first app. I don't like the colors. I hate the fact that the transactions now don't show where the transaction took place. I really would like the old app back. In my opinion there was nothing wrong with it. This app makes me think someone had a deadline to turn something different in, so they just turned off all the good stuff of the old app and handed it in as new.

This App Is A Disgrace

This app is honestly terrible, it continually crashes and locks me out of my phone. I have had multiple issues with it not wanting to accept FaceID and it tells me my password is wrong when it isn’t and says “User Blocked” this needs to be fixed and whoever designed the app needs to be reprimanded for such a bad job.
