Great app. Love that easy flow of the app. Sleek and simple.

Ever since the advent of online banking this institute has struggled to offer reliable services that were simply commonplace elsewhere. Now this disastrous mobile app update. Like the others I was immediately locked out. When I delved into the requested settings I found:A: A request in broken English to use a preferred browser. The suggestion? Internet Explorer. I actually burst out laughing! I haven’t used IE in at least 20 years. I’m not sure it’s even available on an iPhone. AndB: I am REQUIRED to turn on pop-up windows. Not a security concern, per se, but a definite invitation to malware, etc. I’ll have to see how the whole “new online banking experience” is going on my computer, but I’ll just dump this flaming attempt off my phone and use my other bank for mobile banking.

I have called many times to tell them that this new app is not working very well. I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling, for it even show me my pending charges. I even see bank deposits from my work not showing up on time. Credits from stores show up at 0.00 and then three days later show up with the actual credit amount Please fix this app. It is really making me rethink thinking here anymore.

I like the bankAnd I like the people working the bank very friendly very courteous they know you by your first name this is an awesome local bank however, the online login and the app are beyond ridiculous and totally useless. I’ve never tried so hard to get into my own account and now with this new so-called better and improved it’s supposed to be much better. No it is not. It’s useless and I am locked out.
