This bank is so far behind
This app is apparently only available to iPhone users. I switched from my iPhone to a Samsung and can’t find the app and I’ve searched for days. Your mobile banking app should be compatible with all devices and networks like google play if you don’t want to fall behind in the Stone Age with technology. {insert eye roll}
Forces password change every three months—with other security features. Too much!
Forcing password changes (with other security questions in place) does not protect accounts. It forces users to write them down, etc., and a password is only secure if it exists nowhere else. This app stops working until we log onto a computer and change the password. BS!
We bank with several institutions, and BOEC is THE ONLY one that forces us to change passwords at all. The only one. Perhaps BOEC is the one with security issues???
Doesn’t want to load!
I keep having to uninstall the app then reinstall because it won’t load at all. It won’t go past the first image with their name for me to log in. Really frustrating! This has been going on for two plus weeks.
