Slow and takes ages to launch

Takes way too long to launch and get into your account, the Face ID system fails most of the time, loading times are brutal and crashes at random intervals. The app often goes down once or twice a week for “maintenance”. The only reason why I’m not giving a complete 1 star review is because the actual UI isn’t bad, if it wasn’t laggy and didn’t crash a lot it would be a decent application.

Can’t log in since new update

I am in the US and can’t log in since the new update. It tells me to register my device but when I get the pin sent to my mobile it doesn’t come through so I can’t register the phone and the phone it seems is now required to be able to log in via web browser. Whoever approved this new release should be sacked. Now I have to phone internationally to try to get this mess resolved. Very narrow minded to think that only people located in the UK or ROI are the only ones with BOI accounts. This needs to get fixed ASAP.

Verification Issues

This app is hopeless in verifying card purchases. I have tried over 10 times and it just freezes. It is perplexing to me that with Internet banks and banking bleeding customers from their market share, that senior management does not lavish their Internet banking with resources to counteract the onslaught. SENIOR MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE FIRED FOR INVOMPETENCE.
